Welcome to Glammed By Angelika (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://www.glammedbyangelika.com/ and the professional makeup and beauty services we provide. By accessing this website or booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or booking services with Glammed By Angelika, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or book services.
2. Services
Glammed By Angelika provides professional makeup services, including but not limited to bridal makeup, special event makeup, photoshoots, and glamour makeup. Service details, pricing, and availability are discussed and confirmed at the time of booking and may change without prior notice.
3. Booking, Payments & Deposits
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure the event date. Services are not considered confirmed until the deposit is received and acknowledged.
The remaining balance is due as agreed at booking or on the day of service. Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the booking process.
Failure to submit payment as agreed may result in cancellation of services.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
All deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests must be submitted within the timeframe communicated at booking and are subject to availability.
In the rare event that Glammed By Angelika must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered a rescheduled date or a refund of payments made.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must disclose any known allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions, or reactions prior to makeup application. Glammed By Angelika uses professional-grade products but cannot guarantee against allergic reactions.
By booking services, the client releases Glammed By Angelika from liability related to allergic reactions, skin irritation, or dissatisfaction when full disclosure was not provided.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, text, logos, designs, and branding — is the property of Glammed By Angelika and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glammed By Angelika shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
9. Changes to Terms
Glammed By Angelika reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
